Our 21 stores are strategically placed throughout Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and Louisiana. We've grown through a combination of store openings and purchases, and we look for areas where we can build out markets and place additional locations for a strong network within urban areas.

Footprint

We started in Pennsylvania. Find our stores from PA to NC and in between.

Pennsylvania

Our OG state. We got our start in York, Pennsylvania when a Kid to Kid was on the verge of closing. With a $50,000 loan, we stepped in to operate the store, growing it nearly 30% each year for the next five years. York led to two more Kid to Kids in Chambersburg and State College, and then we answered customer requests for an adult clothing store by opening Uptown Cheapskate in Chambersburg, State College, and West York. A single store in Langhorne, PA is our foothold in the Pennsylvania market as we look to expand in that area.

North Carolina

We're centered in two main hubs: the RDU triangle, and Charlotte markets with a collection of Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate stores. We've focused on process improvements in our Summit-owned locations, and are strategically expanding and relocating stores as leases expire. We love the thrift culture of North Carolina shoppers - and see opportunity to add another 10 units here by 2028.

Virginia

Our two Kid to Kid locations in Virginia are both in the Richmond market. We bought these stores in distressed situations, but with the help of solid and passionate teams, both the Short Pump and Midlothian Kid to Kid stores are thriving and building momentum in their communities. We're eyeing locations to the north and south of Richmond as well as satellite towns in Virginia.

Georgia & Louisiana

At Summit, we try to structure acquisitions that help current owners exit when they're ready to retire. Our singleton Kid to Kids in Bossier City, Louisianna and Lawrenceville, Georgia came to our group when their owners were no longer having fun operating their stores. Bossier City is the biggest Kid to Kid in the country -- and it's our #1 Kid to Kid store at Summit. We're looking for locations to expand to in the area to provide mobility for the store employees that do right by our community every day. Lawrenceville is a new acquisition, and we're investing heavily in product and processes to build its place in the shopping lineup of Atlanta-area moms.
